Edging the bright lights of Broadway and the calm of Bryant Park, The Knickerbocker is a legendary New York landmark reborn as the first luxury hotel in Times Square. The Knickerbocker is a haven of refined elegance, created by John Jacob Astor in 1906 and now reimagined into a sophisticated urban sanctuary mere blocks from Fifth Avenue, MoMA, Rockefeller Center and Central Park.

Allyson, thank you for your great review. Happy to hear that you had a lovely stay. Glad that our location was so convenient for getting to Broadway and that you loved brunch at Charlie Palmer. We appreciate your feedback as well. Please know our goal with the Residence Fee is to consolidate add-ons many hotels charge for separately and to simplify the check-out process. We hope to host you again next time you're in the city. Regards, Vincent
