Stayed here for 5 nights in March and we couldn't fault it. We were late so they checked in on our behalf, the staff ( especially the bell man) couldn't do enough for us. The rooms are not that small despite what other reviewers have...More
Situated close to Times Square on 48th street and Broadway this is handy for all attractions.
Subway Terminals and All the top on how off busses within 2 blocks.
The rooms are basic but warm and clean.
Plenty of places to eat nearby.
Have read some unfair reviews of this hotel. Obviously, the location could not be better. The hotel is seconds from Times Square and right in the middle of the Broadway theatres.
The room we had was “compact” ie small, but there appears to have been...More

This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
Yes, you can, we did too. They only charge $2 per suitcase. They also asked if they need to book us a shuttle to the airport but we declined on that, we decided to use subway and train, which is cheap and easy 😉
