We arrived at this hotel and given our keys straight away. We weren't offered help with our bags. Our room was on the 10th floor in a very quiet part of the hotel which absolutely suited us. We didn't have a view at all but again that was ok. Our bed wasn't Queen size as requested but it was comfortable.... More

This hotel didn't quite stack up to my past stays with the Hilton. The room was dark and too warm at night; when I arrived it hadn't been cleaned properly. Our stay was ok but it could have been much better.

One night on business. Place is clean but very dated - looks like 1980s. Staff were averagely helpful. Breakfast was average. It was all very - well - average! Location was useful which is the main reason for staying.

Super location. Some people have commented on the rooms requiring updating but I disagree. Sure in some respects they aren't ultra modern but this is a 4* hotel in central Manhattan. If you're not planning to be out all the time it is worth upgrading to a suite of Superior, otherwise they are perfectly fine. I've stayed here twice and... More

The hotel is on 42nd st and just 10min walk from central station and Times Square central enough to be great for walking around but we were let down by being on a room on the 4th floor but just above a very noisy ventilation shaft

The room was smaller than appeared in photos on website. The pull out bed was stained and disgusting. The location was ok, but I was expecting more high end for the price and the brand. I chose this hotel over others on Time Square expecting better quality. I was wrong.

We had 2 double beds with a balcony. I loved sitting out there late at night looking at the city. The room was very clean and the bathroom was roomy. The only difficulty we had was with the light switch panels. I'm not very technical but I could only get the bathroom lights on/ from the panel by the front... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
