First of all, rooms are huge by NYC standards. I traveled on my own, but families will love this place for the sheer size of the rooms.
Rooftop pool and seating area is fabulous (FYI—don’t even think about having a non-guest friend or family member...More
Great hotel and location. Our room could have done with a little updating, although very clean.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool was a necessity on the hot days after sightseeing.
We met the crazy hotel owner 😀 also a friendly, welcoming person.
Well located, clean and quiet. There can be long waits for the elevators but it’s not too bad. Easily walkable with some good restaurants nearby. There weren’t long lines for check in.
I’d stay here again.
This hotel is amazing. The roof top pool is the selling point - it's big enough for a decent swim and the terrace is lovely.

This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

I haven't parked there, but when bringing a car into NYC, I always use the app Spothero which allows you to search for and reserve a discounted parking space at a garage near an address/location. It's the best way to find parking in NYC and probably much cheaper than through the hotel.
