Was apprehensive about the size of hotel rooms in New York, without having to pay exorbitant prices and originally booked Pod Hotel in time square knowing what to expect, but for the same price took a chance on Life Hotel and glad we did.
We travelled from the U.K. so had a long flight. Upon arriving I was a little unsure as the hotel was smaller than others we have stayed in New York but then that’s its charm. We were not greeted by people to take our luggage...More
Our room has not been cleaned for more than 48 hours. Generally the service of the front house team very poor and disappointing. NOT value for money at all.

This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
