The location of this hotel is excellent, only a few minutes from Grand Central. The rooms are stylish, clean and comfortable with big windows to enjoy the views. The bar and cafe are extremely expensive. The included breakfast was horrible, nearly 30 minute wait and...More
We stayed here last minute during the Blizzardpocalypsegeddon of 2016. The location is wonderful- just blocks from Grand Central and the Chrysler Building (of which we had a wonderful view from our room). The service was top notch, the room was clean and very comfortable,...More

Got a room due to working that weekend and needed a place to crash. Typical Westin type room which is a good thing. My only complaint is I had notice the menu wasn't present in the room. I called service express to ask that one...More

This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

Hello! I booked the room using Hotwire I really don't have anyone specific to contact. I suppose you can call the hotel direct to see if they can give you a good rate. Hotwire offers rooms based on availability. Each time it's different and you don't know what hotel you'll get until you pay. I requested a four star hotel and the Westin was offered. I've used that site many times and have always been satisfied.
