I was assigned to a very poor room, however the issues were rectified and my stay was good as a result of the responsiveness of the Front Desk Manager, Christina Verdesca. Because of her responsiveness and resolution of the issues, I will come back.More

Far too expensive for what little you get. Not easy to find. Paid for a city view room - that had view of only the larger building across the street. Feel ripped off big time. Won't be returning any time soon.More

Had a great stay @ nylo in Manhattan, NYC. Front desk staff, lobby personnel, and housekeepers very friendly. Entertainment was even provided in the lounge @ night! Great location w/in easy access to restaurants, shopping, and Central Park.

This is my third time returning to this hotel. I love NYLO because of the location, the hardwood floor and the very comfy beds. The location is great and the neighbourhood is safe and has plenty of nice restaurants and a drugstore across the street....More
