Staff were lovely. Rooms were so clean and spacious. Brilliant location. Breakfast was good and perfect for what we needed - quick and easy. Free Tea and Coffee facility was great bonus too!! Would defo stay here again.
A good hotel, staff helpful, good reception, room was a little ‘tired’, the complimentary breakfast was good and tea/coffee on tap 24/7. Being only 5-20 minutes walk from Times Square was well placed for a visit to NYC worth a punt !
Independent hotel. Staff. Very helpful. Rooms a bit dated but acceptable. Had a free upgrade to a larger bed. Quieter in the back on a high floor. Fridge in room and tea and coffee machine Room heating a bit variable with poor thermostat control. Very...More

This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
well the bar and restaurant are to the right of the hotel as you enter, it ,s not apart of the hotel as such.Being as the lobby and lifts are small, workman going back and for would make for a busy area.
