Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

If you want somewhere to rest in New York, do not stay here. Over four nights my husband and I have had a total of about 3 hours sleep total. The first room smelled so bad it was unbreakable. As if the sewer was backing up. We spoke to reception who said we could move, the

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Good or bad, we always appreciate hearing thoughtful reviews from our guests. In your case, we are disappointed to hear we didn't meet your expectations. We expect our staff to be courteous and hospitable in every situation and apologize that was not your experience with all our staff, especially at the bar. Regarding the charge on your credit card, it is customary for hotels to take a security deposit. This should have been mentioned to you during check in, and we apologize it wasn't mentioned, but can assume this charge has been returned upon your check out. Rest assured your feedback will be shared with our General Manager's office in our pursuit to improve guest satisfaction.

They had numerous shops, salons, and a couple restaurants (The Roosevelt Grill serves only breakfast and the other is a rooftop bar/lounge). They have cute old fashioned mail drop and a very large Christmas tree. The hotel felt very old school elegant.

We did have a fridge in our room, it was in the unit under the tv so some people may not of have noticed it. We didn’t use it tho.

Hi we asked about paying the deposit in cash and were told it would be $300 instead of the $50 credit card charge. We also explained to reception that we were only going to sleep in the hotel and not use any facilities. We were not charged to $40 fee. Good Luck
