The hotel mixes El Paso history - our building was once home to the 1960s-era Downtowner Motor Inn - with the spirit of today's downtown. Wake up to locally grown and roasted coffee, cool off in our fifth-floor outdoor pool and watch desert sunsets from our floor-to-ceiling windows. After you venture to the Franklin Mountains, Chihuahuan Desert and Rio Grande, explore relaxation in your luxurious guest room; unique décor, plush linens, spa-inspired showers and spacious work areas welcome you back

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Treat yourself and enjoy a mountain side view of a lit "Lone Star" in the evenings on either the 11th or 12th floor in a king or queen room. Thank you Jessie for representing Hotel Indigo with your genuine passion and incredible professionalism providing excellent customer service! The hotel building maintenance service is "spot on 24/7" at your service. Thank you Ruben! Concierge service is outstanding. Thank you Dave and Diego for your attentativeness! The Circa 1963 is an impressive lounge that is adorned by Diandra! Valet service is a perfected choreographed team. Thank you Hector, Alberto, Cesar, and Daniel (part two)! I commend Hotel Indigo in El Paso TX for your employee representatives making your establishment a success!!!

Hotel's Favourite
First off, the service at this hotel was excellent. Special thank you to Jesse at the front desk who was extremely helpful in hospitable from a pre-arrival phone call and throughout the whole stay. The rooftop pool and bar are definitely an added bonus for the hot sunny days in El Paso very relaxing yet hip atmosphere. The rooms are very clean and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Large bathrooms with large walk-in showers. Also, very conveniently located to many restaurants and bars in downtown El Paso. The hotel also has a restaurant called Mamacita's that serves up some very good food utilizing organic and high quality ingredients. Highly recommend this hotel in El Paso.

Staff is excellent! Standouts are concierge David H; Jasmine, William & Delilah at the front desk; the parking garage guys; and Deandra the bartender. All are super helpful, friendly, and professional. Hotel is right off I-10, rooms are modern & clean. No problems, only good vibes!

Hotel Indigo for me it’s the best hotel downtown El Paso based on price/experience/comfort relation, of course with its ups and downs like anywhere else. (Could be loud on the weekends) The Gems of the this place that really makes it unique to the point of calling it my home away from home, are the people that genuinely give the extra mile, Dave Herrera and Diego Mendez as the concierges always greeting you with a smile, the same as Jessie and Jazmin in the front desk. Be sure to stop at their rooftop bar Circa 1963 and meet the great service of Paco, Diandra and Amada.

From the minute we arrived, the staff at Hotel Indigo went above and beyond to accommodate our situation. Dave, the concierge on staff, made arrangements for the valet to accommodate our car and U-Haul. He also gave us a great recommendation for dinner at Mamacitas, the hotel’s restaurant downstairs, and a nearby park to take our dog out. The check-in process was very smooth. The hotel itself is gorgeous. It smells incredible. The bed was super comfy, and our room was spacious. We also loved the views we got of the downtown skyline from the hotel pool deck. Hotel Indigo is located in the heart of downtown El Paso in a super walkable area. We’d highly recommend Hotel Indigo to anyone visiting El Paso!

Like always , Diandra is an amazing bartender and took care of whatever my wife and I needed. We had the cheese tabla and a bottle of Argentina wine that were great. The hotel has great classy downtown atmosphere and everyone was really helpful.

10 star hotel! Service is stupendous! Great relaxing atmosphere as soon as you step foot onto the property. Bar, restaurant, gym, pool, valet, and exceptional customer service… what else can you ask for! From Indigo’s concierge, Dave H. to Jesse at the check in desk and Paco at the bar, El Paso Indigo has outdone itself! They all made us feel welcomed and like family! Coming from a diamond member who has stayed at many hotels, I can not stress enough how amazing this place is. Clean, spacious and nicely furnished rooms, super comfortable beds and great views from every window! You will not regret it!
