The staff at the Holiday Inn El Paso was very friendly and complimentary. Paige was an exceptional host and Erika, the current employee of the month, picked us up promptly from the airport! Jessica did an amazing job with the IHG rewards club social! I will definitely stay again!

Stopped here for a night immediately the property looks very nice clean and well lit. Looks safe compared to other places I've been. Impressed by first impression. The room was clean nice and a bit cold but not to bad. Was put in a back room and it's alright fairly quiet but still hear some traffic. The Clark was nice...

Very Clean Hotel. Nice staff. Ok breakfast (the regular). Felt very humid in the room. Right of I-10, which means access to shopping and dinning. Swimming and hot tub worked very well. Overall good stay for what I paid.

This hotel was exceptional for a Quality Inn. Checkin and checkout went smoothly. The room had everything I needed and was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and just what I expected. The Quality line of Choice Hotels is below the Ascend, Comfort & Comfort Suites brands but this Quality exceeded my expectations. The GM should commend the staff for doing...

Clean, everything was in good shape, and even though the hotel was packed, it was nice. The staff were all friendly, and the price was great. Not quite enough parking, but we managed to get a spot by our room each day so it was not a big deal, but i can imagine having been very unhappy if we had...

First, we rented here to meet up with 2 of our children who are in the Army, one of which just got back from deployment. We wanted a place we could hang out by a pool when we were not out on the town with our soldiers, but their pool was closed. No notice when we booked. This was a...

We ended up staying at this property at the start of our trip to NM via El Paso and were so impressed, we stayed there at the end of our trip. We chose it for the proximity to the airport and were pleasantly surprised at what we got for a very reasonable rate. The property is older but very well...

but this is a scary area of the city. The free breakfast next door was horrible and there is no english speaking staff at the restaurant. Glad we stayed here for one night only.....the room was very nice and clean and we had no complaints.

We arrived in El Paso after a long, hard day, and were so pleasantly surprised at the reasonable room rate, the friendly and helpful desk clerks and staff, and the overall cleanness of our room. Very nice--a great place to stay!

When I booked, they specified that there was only one room with double beds, for smoking, but didn´t specify that it was for handicapped, so the shower was open, we didn´t have space to put in the sink even the toothbrush. Other than that, the pillows are very uncomfortable, but for the price was good. Very clean.

“Both times that we stayed, there were no first floor rooms and no elevator so you may want to check first in case stairs pose a difficulty for you.”

“Stay close to the front if you want to be near the outdoor pool. Further toward the back for less traffic noise. All rooms face the parking lot in the middle. Some areas are 2 story with outdoor stairways only. Most rooms offer parking within 20 feet of your room.”

“The rooms have large windows, which may allow for heat especially if you have a window that faces the evening sun, it may be rather warm. Also, beware the rooms are outside so direct access to the parking lot is easy, but some people prefer their doors not to be outside.”

“Some of the rooms are on second floor but we like first floor room with no second floor above it. Haven't had a problem when requesting it.”
