This place gives you the best bang for the buck. Some of the other reviewers seem to expect a five star hotel for one star price. They want this place to be amazing for only $60 a night before taxes (that is what I paid for a recent weekday stay). I got a clean room that smelled fine, working ac...

This hotel was a complete disappointment. The hotel in general was not maintained and seemed dirty. The room windows could not be locked. "Breakfast" consisted of a few store purchased pastries as well as coffee. When we asked the desk staff for water for the kids they said they couldn't give us any water!!!!! I guess all kids and adults...

This place is awful. There is not one soda machine on the entire property. This is just an example of how bad it is. I'm not sure how they made the place look so nice in the pics. That photographer deserves a Pulitzer. The air-conditioning didn't work well, the room was old with no amenities although the front desk staff...

we arrived at 11pm and drove into a scene from a horror movie, the hotel parking ramp. It is dimly lit and you can't see the up ramp. we creeped in, finally found it, the up ramp. we had to park on the top floor of what looked like a construction zone. After disembarking from the car, we tiredly rolled...

We were visiting Dayton to attend Spring Football practice this past weekend. The Marriott Courtyard on campus was booked, so we picked this hotel instead. As we drove into the parking garage we knew we were in trouble. The garage looks like it was hit by a bomb and will crumble at any given moment. I told my husband that...

We had a group of 40 stay here for WGI World Championships. The location was good for what we needed and the staff was very accommodating for our rehearsal needs as well as solving issues quickly. Parking was available but you had to know where to find it. Hotel is really beautiful historically but rooms are not all updated. Would...

The room has stained walls, the wall paper was peeling apart, our blanket looked like someone spilled red koolaid all over it, where the minifridge used to be it was missing, all vending machines and ice machines were either empty or missing, the staff was very rude, and parking if youre elderly or handicapped is near impossible because there are...

Checking in, I was icily greeted by one of the pig monsters from Jabba's palace, who grunted surly instructions to me. My room was dilapidated and looked like Jeff Dahmer's apartment. Everything in the room was broken, the bedsheet (singular) was not big enough for the mattress, the TV was a relic of the 90s, the bathroom was not clean,...

My room was worn out and broken. Everything other than the rooms (restaurant, fitness center, etc) were closed for remodeling. Here are some highlights: Old and beat up furniture, ancient TV, heat didn't work, worn carpet, luggage carts so dirty I wouldn't even use them, worn sheets, lobby coolers offered a few bottled waters and no snacks for sale and...

The room was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The staff was courteous . However, the phone in the room did not work at all and the television was very less than adequate. It was a standard definition old TV. The remote didn't even work. I called the front desk and they sent someone up with a bag of old remotes....
