We decided to get a head start on our New Year's Eve trip to Mammoth, and although we had a nice condo booked for the rest of our trip, we needed somewhere to stay for one night after a long day's drive from Orange County. Our friends were scheduled to arrive before us, so I called the hotel and asked...

We regretted our decision to stay at the Motel 6 next door thinking we had "upgraded" by trusting the Travelodge name. The place was worn-out, there were home-made signs about the breakfast that were misspelled and confusing, we got no answer when we tried to call about the WiFi and frequently no one was at the front desk, there were...

Stayed here on part of my 9 day road trip which consisted of all cheap hotels. This place was easily the worst. So smelly and dirty. The bed bed had to of been over 15 years old. They had a broken cereal machine with a jug of warm milk left out for breakfast. They also failed to send my $100...

We had to stay in this hotel because we could not find a room in town per night but this one, so we did. The bed is VERY VERY OLD and everything in the room, we paid around 120 for the night so I think I can't complain too much. The good thing is it was quite clean and in...

This motel was almost the worst place we have ever stayed. It was clean I think. It was dark and the carpet was so old the the place smelled moldy. It needs major overhaul. The people working in the evening were very nice and friendly, but the next morning the clerk could not speak English. The website said it had...

Rooms and carpets are old and feel dirty overall. The advertised indoor spa was closed. The shower was dripping heavily at a rate of 100s of gallons per week but that didn't seem to bother the management when reporting it. Breakfast is limited with just 3 tables or so of seating.

Good location but terrible property. Old, outdated furnishings - rooms have tube TVs! A/C did not work in my friend's room. Overall, disgusting - stay somewhere else, go camping, or sleep in your car if you have to.

The price was quite low for Mammoth Lakes, so we can't complain too much. However, the property leaves much to be desired. The hair dryer was missing; when my wife asked about it at the desk she was told that it was broken so it was taken away. No, there weren't any others that weren't attached to other rooms. The...
