We had such a wonderful stay at Edelweiss Lodge. We were there middle of Jan 2017 and there was a crazy snowstorm. The management was incredible updating us on the status of roads, keeping our walk cleared so we could still enjoy walks (I swear they must have never stopped cause the snow kept falling) making sure we had wood...

Jessica, Thank you for the wonderful review. We do all we can to keep our guests comfortable and happy. Sorry you were stuck when the roads were closed, but glad you were able to make the best of a snow storm. We hope to see you again in the future.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights just in time for the start of a huge blizzard. We stayed in the smallest unit, which was tiny but still really comfortable. It was decorated adorably and had everything we could possibly need. Definitely had personal, homey touches to it. Dawn and Terry, the property owners, were wonderful as well....

We drove from San Jose to Las Vegas by way of Yosemite and Death Valley. We decided upon Edelweiss Lodge based on an estimated midway point and having been told Mammoth Lakes was someplace to see. Our cabin was beautiful. Rustic and cozy with a fireplace. After much driving, it was just the relaxation we were looking for. We did...

Fab cabin! Roomy, comfortable, very functional kitchen, fully equipped and not with cheap, light, pans. We loved the wood stove! The owners are warm, welcoming and make you feel at home there. So does their dog... It is in a quiet, residential area. We had a great time.

There is nothing I can say that hasn't been said by previous guests. This place was fantastic and completely a steal price-wise. We loved that we were able to bring our dog and felt that she was actually welcomed, not just tolerated. The cabin was set up like a small studio apartment with a full kitchen, including the cutest little...

While not upscale, Edelweiss Lodge provides much of what we look for in traveling - value, comfort, extraordinary cleanliness, and accessible management. We really enjoyed our wood stove, which worked perfectly. Loved the Schultz family and the feeling-tone of every single interaction. I would return!

We stayed in a group of 8 friends in this property during our visit to check out Fall colors in the Mono County in October 2016. It has multiple guest homes with varying sizes, ours being the largest, that accommodates families or friends of different numbers perfectly. The lodge we stayed in (Unit 8) had well-kept living space, kitchen and...

From my first phone contact with Dawn, part of the family duo ownership, I felt welcomed and excited to get up to Mammoth for the weekend. Our cabin (#3) was large and comfortable and fully equipped with kitchen, fireplace (with wood stocked by the lodge), and comfy beds. They have recently updated the rooms and brought in new furniture and...

I spent a long while researching hotels in Mammoth Lakes and was so pleased I chose this one. We stayed three nights and enjoyed it very much. It was out of town, which we wanted, and very quiet, but only a short drive into town. We were very comfortable in suite 7, with a separate bedroom and a well equipped...

We only stayed for 2 nights in cabin 9 and loved it. It was exactly what we were looking for, homely and quiet. Perfect for a mountain retreat. It had a great location to surrounding lakes and the woodburner was an added treat even in the summer.
