Came for the Bluesapalooza and really enjoyed the area. The condo was spacious for 3 of us with a queen bed in the loft with its own bath and two twins downstairs. Only problem was the slow draining tub/shower and they really should throw out the shampoo etc. after each guest, gave it a cheap feel.

Disappointed In the unit we stayed in. The cleaning needs to actual be done. I.e vacuuming, sweeping, cob webs. Termites in the pile of stacked wood in the living area next fireplace. You could actually hear the termites. N9 screen door on the slider for breeze from the living room to the back porch. Upstairs tenanr had TV radio on... More

The location is easy and close to Main Street and the complex is well kept and quest. Our biggest complaint is that the bed in our particular condo was horrible and super saggy. There is a clubhouse with a hot tub, plenty of parking, and once inside you don't hear much of the traffic. The views vary from condo to... More

We stayed the week before Christmas with 6 people. It was as expected (yes, dated, old but they have done some remodeling). The condo was actually better than I was expecting based on pictures. One major issue I had was the bed! It looked new, but it must have been the absolute cheapest mattress they could find, it was really... More

My family and I have been going to Mammoth since about 1968. The last 22 years or so we stay at MVV same unit every year. I think it's # 38. The location is perfect for practically all ages. The older kids can get up in the morning and walk down to the village gondola and be off for the... More

Great place for a family of 5. Wanted to have a true white Christmas. Couldn't have have timed it better. Storm rolled in at 4. Just as we were checking in. Great location. Close to the village and Canyon lodge. Free bus and gondola rides. Very convenient. Would do it again and already recommended these to family and friends.

Just returned from an 8 night stay at unit 21 at Mammoth View Villas. We booked directly with the owner on the VRBO website. Location was great just a 5 minute walk to the village and stop number 57 on the blue bus line right outside the complex. Buses run every 15 minutes to the Canyon Lodge. We could do... More

I stay in Mammoth several times a year for ski season. I generally stay at a local hotel with my wife but we were able to put together a small group for this trip. I found this condo on a well known message board (you can do the math) and rented directly from the owner. It was considerably less than... More

We stayed at the Mammoth View Villas during our recent ski holiday. We were pleasantly surprised for the following reasons: - walking distance to the Village where you can catch the Gondola straight up to Canyon Lodge as well as potter around the shops, restaurants and pubs; - close to transport: bus stop on the Blue Line right outside the...
