My husband and I took an overnight trip to Philadelphia and found this hotel through a Priceline Express deal. When we checked in, the lady said we were going to enjoy a "quiet" night. I was unsure of what that meant until we got to the 6th floor and discovered we were staying on a designated quiet floor. It is...

Typical intercity hotel. Nothing memorable about the room or the experience. Close for work related activities and all the local attractions. TV connection was poor- it kept cutting in and out. Room service was fantastic, best crab and corn soup.

Have stayed at this hotel many times. Hotel itself is decent and well located. The restaurant on the other hand has hit a new low. The staff was very attentive. The menu was very limited. Ordered the pizza which rivaled the worst pizza I have ever had. My friend had spaghetti and meatballs which was another disaster. Maybe that was...

A Saturday night stay at the Marriott. Nice common areas. Nice lobby Lounge. We were upgraded to an executive King which was fine. Clean room, quiet night, no room issues. Sunday morning at the concierge lounge for breakfast was nuts ! It was like school is out !! Family city with lots of kids running around and no seats. Hotel...

It is what it is. Very large. Efficient check-in. But the room felt dated. And had one of those highly inefficient heating systems where you pick a temperature (eg 68 degrees)....if it's colder than that, hot air comes out....but once it's warmer than that, cold air comes out! So i was intermittently freezing and overheated. Also, the rooms have those...

We stayed at the Philly Downtown Marriott in Nov. as we had a room booked for Miss America 2016 Betty Cantrell to stay there as we had a photoshoot. We ordered room service, it was great. The room was more of a suite and very spacious for her as well. The manager who was on duty that day took such...

If you're looking for a hotel in what can I can only assume is one of the decent parts of Philly, this is going to be one of your best options. We drive all around that city during our stay and there are some rather sketchy spots and this really is one of the better areas. It's literally right there...

I'm a Marriott loyalist, but I'm also objective and can say when a location is better than, worse than, or as expected. The Philadelphia Marriott Downtown was the perfect hotel for my trip. The location could not have been better. We were close to the Liberty Bell, the LOVE sign, ice skating, a SEPTA stop for the hockey game, great...

Great location right in downtown Philly. Accommodations were nice- especially for a two week stay. Loved the proximity to the convention center and Reading Terminal Market. The only thing I didnt like was that my room was on the top floor of one of the towers and had tiny porthole like windows.

Very friendly and helpful staff, extremely comfortable bed! This hotel has got an awesome location on Market Street right next to Reading Terminal Market and very handy for direct train from Jefferson to the airport.
