We went to Philadelphia for a getaway weekend. Great choice of the Hyatt at the Bellevue made us feel special from checking in. Great suggestions from reception about things to do and places to eat. Oils definitely come back.

This is simply a beautiful hotel. Not only is it a historic building, but the updates and upgrades have been beautifully blended with the preservation of the amazing old details of such a building. The common spaces are worth exploring, and the suite we stayed in was up-to-date, clean and comfortable but still kept some of the old world charm....

Prior to my stay I received an 2 emails asking if I needed anything for my upcoming stay. I did ask if I could be accommodated with a room with a view. I got more than I bargained for. When I checked the staff were very friendly and courteous. I arrived at my room only to find that I was...

Hotel is absolutely beautiful and in the best location...the only problem was the room was terribly hot at night and we couldn't get it to cool down which hampered our sleep. We were only there for one night so didn't bother to call the front desk.

A somewhat different place where we had a great stay. Rooms are hudge, matching the standards of the time when the hotel has been designed. Bathrooms are small. Renovated in a somewhat minimalist style which makes the room looking even bigger. Very, very helpful staff, good recognition for elite status, access to Gym club and pool couldn't be better. Central...

Stayed one night using Hyatt points. The good: room was clean, beds were comfortable, no outside noise. Stayed on the 14th floor. Many shops and cheap eats on lobby floor including a Starbucks. The not so good: It's located right smack in the downtown area. If you are driving a car, the traffic is a nightmare and it is challenging...

This is a beautiful, grand old hotel. My room was on a corner and was huge and bright and with nice city views. The bed and pillows were excellent and I slept great. Coffee in room, good shower pressure, tons of room to move around. Decor is a bit dated but nothing felt dirty or old, just a bit dated....

Just returned from a three night trip to Philadelphia with my adult daughter. We had a spacious room with two beds, nice size closet and bathroom with a tub. Beautiful and elegant public spaces. Gym and indoor pool available. Attached restaurants with lovely view. Great location near subway, easy taxi access, very walkable to Rittenhouse Square, shopping, restaurants. Staff was...

Imagine arriving late at night, entering your room only to find minimal cheap furniture, no dresser/drawers for storage, a dark small bathroom, and what sounded like a bowling game going on. Turns out room was next to the freight elevator which operated all night. Answerfrom front desk - we will get you earplugs!!! Next morning - 12 minutes on hold...
