Got to Philadelphia earlier than expected but they gave a room right away. Nice because we could get out and start walking. Close to everything you could want to see or eat. The people at the desk were always ready with answers to our questions and gave great suggestions. The room was clean. The only disadvantage we had, was that...

Dear Linda, Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. The fire station usually does not create extra noise overnight but unfortunately I guess they did during your visit. My apologies. Thank you again and we hope to see you back very soon. Regards,

Recently I had the opportunity to stay at the Wyndham Philadelphia Historic District because I was attending a family wedding at a local venue. The hotel property was a perfect choice for this event. Check-in was quick, rooms were clean, staff was helpful. We had a special wedding rate. Our room overlooked the front. Parking was $30 a day, with...

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. No one came to clean our room after our first night. After I called to complain late in the afternoon, a maid did come and cleaned the bathroom and brought clean towels. The second night we got almost no sleep. The street outside our room was paved and striped until 3:00 a.m....

Dear Charles, Thank you for your feedback. I apologize for the room attendant not getting to your room earlier. I will definitely share that with the housekeeping team. As for the road work, unfortunately the city does not tell us when they intend to do work. That road sat unpaved for more than a week and it's a shame they...

The hotel is right in the middle of historic district as the name suggests. Most of the sightseeing spots are within walking distance from the hotel. Hotel itself is good, rooms and service was what you would expect. I did not have any meal at the hotel as there are millions of choices within walking distance.

Quite disapointing the fact that on a rainy day and night I could not watch pay per view movies. It wasn't working. Technicians came, in a bad mood and couldn't solve it. The vending machine was not working. Not what I expected when going to a wyndham...

Dear Renato, Thank you for your feedback. I apologize for the issues with your pay per view movies. Unfortunatley, during terrential down pours the satalites don't perform as well as they do in good weather. As for the technician in a bad mood, that is unacceptable and will be dealt with appropriately. Again, my apologies. Regards,

I'll keep this review short - my group had a comfortable stay at the Wyndham Historic District. The location is fantastic, the front desk staff was extremely helpful and the room was exactly what we needed. However, while at the bar on our last night, we ordered pizza since the hotel's kitchen was closed. When our food arrived, the bartender...

Dear Trip Advisor Guest, Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. It would have been a nice gesture to allow you and your guest to enjoye your order out pizza in the hotel's restaurant. I'll be sure to share that with the staff. My apologies. Regards,

I somehow didn't even know about this hotel until I saw it pop up on one of my apps. It is so close to historic landmarks and Olde City bars/restaurants but it's tucked away on 4th street that it's still nice and quiet when you finally want to go to sleep. The rooms are clean and the lobby is beautiful.

The hotel staff were pleasant, polite and efficient. The temperature of the room was good and also quiet I liked the homey feel of the staff...Hotel and restaurant had a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and a hometown feel. You wouldn't think you were in center city.
