Unbelievably cute hotel. Close to philly convention center and while they offer valet parking, you can park close by in other garages if you want self park. Very clean and I was on the 13th floor with great views! I liked the doggie dish/treats - at the entrance, too! My

Room was clean and worked well. A delight to come home to each evening. Too small for 4 of us to hangout in very long, but what’s the need of that. Felt safe as well. Beautiful historic building. Thx for saving it! Valet staff was friendly and helped out with the security.

This is my first time staying at a Aloft and I like the modern twist that it has in comparison to your typical Courtyard. Saturday night there was a DJ in the lobby and a very festive atmosphere. The room, location and staff were excellent. My only observation is that valet

I had an amazing experience at the Aloft. The rooms are small, but immaculate, modern, and I have never slept in a more comfortable hotel bed. I will always choose this hotel when staying in Philadelphia. Best customer service!

Thanks for choosing our hotel! There are lots of parking options. Valet: full service valet. Leave it at the door and retrieve it when you’re ready to roll. Unlimited in-out service. $48/day plus 20% tax. Self-Parking: Drop your bags at the door, park your ride then check in when you return. There are 3 garages within 2 blocks: Convention Center: Arch street between 13th and Broad (closest), Parkway: corner of Broad and Race and EZ Park corner of Race and Juniper (the farthest). The best (not cheapest): The Convention Center Parking Facility® 1324-42 Arch Street Philadelphia, PA 19107 Main Phone Number: (267) 239-0676 Fax: (267) 239-0876 Rates vary and DO NOT allow in and out privileges, meaning you pay every time you leave. A A google search will help you find parking. NOTE the one way streets, as some are close (Parkway) but actually take up to 6 driving blocks to get there. Evan - GM

Hello, I'm curious if Platinum Preferred SPG members are eligible for room upgrades?
Hi Blair, Thanks for your inquiry. Platinum members are entitled to upgrades. We do not have suites, so the upgrade would be to the better room type. Of course the room type upgrade is subject to availability. Our upgraded room types are typically located on higher floors offering better views. Hope to have you stay in our hotel. Regards, Evan

Hey Simon! Great question. We work closely with the Convention Center to open the connection when there are events on the Broad Street side. If there is a specific event you'll be here for give us a call and we can let you know! Andrew - AGM

Hi Kamascr, We can provide you with a special key that will give you stairwell access. Our guest rooms start on the second floor (three above street level) and continue up through 19 floors. Tip, if you want a low floor, book an "aloft room", those are generally lower floors. Hope to have you chose our hotel. Evan

Hi Sonya! Our Breezy rooms are located on our top floors and definitely have the best views, like DarrylA1A said. I would recommend our Breezy Double Queen if you are looking to accommodate 4 adults in one room. Give us a call if you have any other questions! Best, Andrew - AGM
