I have taken all your comments to heart and have shared them with the entire team. The engineering issues you mentioned have been addressed. We are additionally going through all guests rooms and instaling new drains to eleviate any future problems.
Put up here for the night by the airline after a missed connection. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk provided some basic toiletries on request. Aveda soaps and shampoos were appreciated.
Room was very quiet. Decent by-the-glass wine list in the bar.
Got stuck in phily overnight as the flight was canceled and this stay made it all better.

Nothing nearby hotel. City center is not far by car or cab. Need to take hotel shuttle to airport in order to access public transportation. If you have a car, the town of Media, 20-30 minutes from the hotel has a neat main street with restaurants and bars. After 6 p.m., it does get very busy.
