We stayed at Cimarron Rose on our way to Arizona from the Albuquerque airport. It was a perfect choice: off the beaten path (I-40), in a beautiful part of NM near old volcanic lava and El Moro National Park, quiet, a fine room (we choose the Cimarron Room). Buy your dinner in a grocery store -- we went to the...

Our original review is from May 2010. We have now stayed here three times, all for more than one night. We love this place and will come back again and again. Wonderful innkeeper, charming rooms, laid-back environment. If you want to get away from it all, this is the place. Excellent breakfasts with restaurant ten minutes west. See my review...

We were lucky to find this place on the recommendation of another B&B and it was so remote and relaxing. We were the only guests there that night and so we had the place to ourselves! Sherri was very sweet and gave us the lowdown on everything, then left us to wander the property, look at the fossils in the...

We only spent two nights at the Cimarron Rose B&B but loved every second. The Inn is next to impossible to find without the internet and GPS which made it ideal for a relaxing and quiet stay. The decor was homey yet delightful with a southwest flair. Since our stay was so short, we did not get to take advantage...

Dear CMS, You have been on my mind since we said, "Farewell". I thank you so much for your exuberant, yet deeply sincere entry in our Bandera Suite Guest Book and have just now had time to see that you had written a most informative review regarding our amenities (coffee to enjoy anytime of day or night) and our dedication...

We had a wonderful visit at Cimarron Rose B & B. The grounds and the rooms were a visual delight, beautifully arranged and decorated. We were also enchanted by the birds in the gardens- a amazing variety. Sherri is an artist and has a unique connection with nature and wildlife. Highly recommended!

Good Day suntour, I finally found time today to thank you for your wonderful review and wish you a "Happy Mother's Day" at the same time! Wish you could be here to see more of our birds that have returned home to nest this summer ~ even had our extremely rare Northern Water Thrush sing in the gardens this week....

We always stay at Cimarron Rose when our Zuni friends invite us to the Zuni Pueblo Shalako dances. Sherri is a great host, and she has created a beautiful oasis. She also has a first rate gift shop stocked with local Native American arts.

We had the real pleasure of staying with Sherri on very short notice when our previous reservation fell through. Despite very trying times for her, literally with only hours notice, she offered up her place to us. We were so happy that we got to stay. Sadly it was only one night but we really enjoyed our stay! We had...

We thought the CR looked fantastic from the website but even so we were bowled over and more than surprised when we arrived. Owner Sheri is a miracle, she is so incredibly kind and friendly and bends over backwards to make sure you have a good stay. She also delivers amazing home-cooked breakfasts, every day different and sooo delicious. We...

Excellent accommodation on all counts. All the rooms are clean & comfortable and filled with great art & crafts, like staying in your own personal art gallery. Each room has a patio facing onto a lovely outdoor area that the owner has set up to attract the local wildlife. Sheri's knowledge of the local birds is extensive and she went...

Thank you " Oscar", It was my pleasure to spend a few moments in the gardens with such keen birders as you two ~ so glad that you were able to get a good look at our quite rare little Winter Wren and our "back yard" Goshawk who is a quite at home resident ! It's so wonderful that you...

Wow! We really enjoyed our one night at Cimarron Rose in the Zuni Mountain Suite. It was too big for two people, but extremely comfortable. It was the last night of our trip, so it was nice to have plenty of place to spread out and re-pack all the souvenirs. It was not a bad drive from Grants; it only...
