Sorry to have to give such a low rating, but this is the worst RV park we've ever stayed in. Our RV site was in a field that was a little confusing to navigate and it was filled with sharp burrs that stuck to everything. No pad or table at all. The hook-ups worked at our site, except for the... More

The office had an open sign and we all went in including my kids and some man said hey there is no one in there and then he yelled it out again. He was sitting in the drivers side of a truck and we were in view when we were walking into the office. He then said why would you... More

We were tenters. It was a busy weekend and the tent area was crammed while the RV area was empty. Didn't understand why the owner didn't spread out the tenters into the empty RV area. There is only one bathroom per gender so be ready for long wait lines and avoid drinking liquids. Have no idea when the bathroom/showers were... More

We were booked for 3 weeks but left after 1. The owner's not one who should be in a public service business. The negative reviews of this place dating back over 10 years are spot on. The owner treated us arrogantly and rudely from the second day as if our patronage (and 2k rent) were an inconvenience. After he blew... More

We stayed one nite in our RV. We had full hook ups but only used the electricity figuring it was just easier. The bathrooms/shower are locked, big joke. You have to walk over to the office and grab the key hanging on the wall outside the door, so you'd better plan ahead. Even with the doorknob locked you can pull... More

We stayed here as an overnight stop off to see the meteor shower. Sadly we didn't manage to see the meteor shower but we still had a lovely stay at this place. The room was clean, bed comfortable and a good shower. It is a cabin not a hotel so take towels, wash things etc as needed. Cabins had their... More

I stayed here for the Cyclefest weekend. Just me, no family or friends, no pet. I called to make a reservation less than one week in advance. Turns out I probably got the last room available. The proprietor was vey helpful. Went out of his way to be helpful kind of thing. I called to tell him I was on... More

The cabins are suite style so you can book the front and back room (both with bathrooms, bed and heater). Don't expect room service, as in any rental cabin around. Rooms are to be swept up and generally reorganized by the occupants. Nothing new to me, as it is standard practice around the state parks. Clean bedding is put in... More

This place is horrific. My wife made phone reservations for 2 nights, Tues & Wed. When we arrived to check in Tuesday, the manager told us that we were no-shows for Monday night. He was rude and belligerant. When I tried to speak he told me to shut up, he would do the talking. This is a nasty looking place.... More
