I was traveling with my teen sons to visit friends in Baltimore. We just needed a clean, comfortable place to stay and found a two bedroom suite here. The room was reasonably priced, spacious and fit the bill. The hotel was in a good location and we were in walking distance of the Galleria at the Inner Harbor. The staff...

Thank you for your review. I am very sorry that we did not meet your expectations with our valet service. As you are aware, we do ask guests to call down for their car because it usually takes between 10-15 minutes. Patrick

This hotel is well put together. Overall, great hospitality. The staff were very pleasant, from check in to check out, said hi and welcomed us back in the evenings. The king bed corner suite was spacious, well decorated, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the free breakfast, which had a lot to choose from. It's in a good location - CVS,...

We stayed here for one night as part of our family thanksgiving getaway. We arrived in the evening, and we missed to see the hotel as it is located just in the corner, and had to make another round. When we arrived, we choose to use their valley parking service, they are nice, and efficient. Our car was safe, and...

Thanks for the great review. Regarding your comments on the city noise; because we are located in the heart of Baltimore, our guests can often be effected by the city noise. We just got new alarm clocks that have white noises such as the sound of rain. Many of my customers find this to be very helpful for getting a...

The location of this hotel can't be beat. It is central to everything. The 2 bedroom suite works great for us. I don't know why other hotels can't do this more??? The valet was excellent in getting our car quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

I was here for a meeting at the convention center. Everything was so close! I was a 5-7 minute walk from the convention center, 5 minutes to the Inner Harbor, 3-5 minutes to bus lines. The hotel was a delightful place. The room/suite is huge. The breakfast is amazing! I am still talking about it! All of the front staff...

Stayed here for an overnight with the family. I had a meeting to attend at Johns Hopkins and the family wanted to see the Inner Harbor attractions. We recently visited Baltimore to attend the Pearl Jam concert and stayed at the Residence Inn. Earlier that morning, we got engaged at the beach and then traveled to Baltimore. When we got to the room, I quickly learned that my new fiance had conspired with the Residence Inn manager to have roses, champagne, and balloons waiting in our room....

We stayed at this property using free nights/points. We had not visited Baltimore so we didn't know much about the city. We debated getting a rental car but decided against it in large part due to the high overnight parking fee at the hotel. It turns out that was great for us because we didn't need a rental car at...

Let me start off by saying I'm a dyed in the wool SPG loyalist, so I wasn't to thrilled about needing to slum it at a Residence Inn. I was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is OK - decent size rooms, decor dated but it's really clean and taken care of. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. For the...
