The online descriptions/photos of the room I booked were greatly misleading compared to what I actually received. Not sure if I was just given the wrong room. Otherwise the staff and atmosphere was very nice.

The hotel was fine, the location was great for the conference I was attending. The street noise was incredibly loud in my 3rd floor room, but the room was ok. The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful.

Dear Sarah M, Thank you for reviewing your experience at the Hyatt Place Baltimore Inner Harbor. I am very sorry to hear that you experienced street noise during your stay. The Harbor East neighborhood is having a few roads redone in the area. This should only be a temporary event. Please know that we are always willing to accommodate a room move if necessary to ensure your are satisfied and comfortable. If I can be of further assistance please reach out to me directly at nick.kelley@hyatt.com

What is ADA room/tub?
We had a walk-in shower with grab bars in it. The hotel also provided a shower chair.

How close to Johns Hopkins? Could I walk to JH from hotel?
They offer free taxi vouchers to the Main hospital. It's a $10 uber ride to the Bayview campus.

Is there a parking charge
A Parking garage behind there , you can park for $ 4 to $6 from 4pm to 7am, free paring is two blocks up same street or park at meters, but that limits is 8 hours only, if you park longer pass 7am it cost about $ 12 to $16, Somestimes I want to walk around, many places and bars, restaurants, things to do, So we just have fun, Love the Holet, Awesome free breakfast too. No, it does not. A quick check of Google maps shows UberX costs $17-$23. It is your best and perhaps only option. Forget the light rail.
