Love East Bay Inn! I've been there 3 times now and it gets better every time. The staff is the friendliest ever! I love the downstairs basement breakfast area. The first 2 times I was there, breakfast was at street level which was charming. They have the best coffee ever. I would highly recommend this B&B. We wanted to stay...

The East Bay was a lovely historic inn for our 24 hour stay in Savannah. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room had incredibly high ceilings and beautiful crown molding with an exposed brick wall. The furnishings and drapes were gorgeous. Breakfast in the morning was delicious...ham, biscuits, eggs, coffe, juice, patries, fruit and more. Best of all...

Dear Lrgmrg, Thank you for reviewing us on TripAdvisor. Our first floor has 12 foot ceilings, the second has 16 foot and the third has 18 foot ceilings. The moldings on the third floor are original to the building and not in every room. Thanks for your review. Sincerely, Ronnie Jones, Innkeeper

Our stay was for four nights for a wedding. For ambiance and location the East Bay Inn cannot be equaled. The front desk staff, housekeeping and breakfast staff were very accommodating. "Melvin the Bellman" set the tone for the visit. He was efficient, friendly and very helpful with information about the Inn and area. Our room, on the third floor...

My wife and i decided to visit Savannah for our anniversary. The town is as beautiful as we were told. Old world charm with great places to eat and see are abundant! Our stay at the East Bay Inn was very pleasant. It is a wonderful old Inn right down by the waterfront area. We were greeted with smiles and...

Savannah is a wonderful place to visit and the East Bay Inn is the perfect place to stay. The history and character of the building makes it even more fascinating. The trolley line tour is a wonderful way to spend the day.

The Inn lived up to prior reviews and location was excellent . Centrally located to everything! No car was needed during the two day stay. Across from the River front and two great rooftop hotel bars for viewing river traffic and 2 blocks from Bull Street which is a beautiful street crossing the many squares. We would stay again at...

Nice B&B. Very accommodating but rooms facing Bay St. are very noisy from traffic. Good location, good breakfast and happy hour. Would've rated higher without the noise. Friendly staff! Try to get a room not facing Bay St. and it should be quieter.

Dear Bphooks, Thank you for your TripAdvisor review. I agree with you, the traffic noise from Bay Street can at times be quite a problem. We are in hope the City of Savannah will limit truck traffic sometime in the near future. Sincerely, Ronnie Jones, Innkeeper East Bay Inn

The East Bay Inn is a cute old hotel (an 1854 building, as the bellman will tel you) and great for a weekend getaway. It's well located downtown just steps away from the River Walk and near many restaurants, bars, and attractions. They have free breakfast (biscuits, eggs, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee), a free wine and cheese reception in the...

Quiet, quaint, friendly, relaxing, a perfect hotel to call home base when sightseeing in beautiful Savannah. Close to trolley stops, restaurants and tours, a short walk to the river for restaurants, souvenirs and the night life. Charming Inn, looks the way you imagine it looked 100 years ago. Our room was great, very comfortable with fluffy towels and a terrific...

Our stay at the East Bay Inn was fabulous. The staff were ALL very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was relaxing. We especially liked the very high ceilings in the rooms and also the interior brick walls. We'll definitely stay here the next time we visit Savannah.
