We just spent the past weekend in Savannah celebrating our 20th, and now have a new favorite getaway place! Ms. Monique's amazing hospitality beautifully complemented the charm and calming effect of the Carriage House. Walking to the river, city squares, parks, and local cuisine was fantastic, and especially enjoyed the (surprise to us) sidewalk art festival at Forsyth Park. We...

My husband and I had a lovely time in Savannah. The Inn was lovely, very conveniently located, and the breakfast and snacks were great. I have to say the staff were so nice and pleasant. Great experience!

Dear guests of the Garden Suite, I hope I find you well in Boston. The temperature in Savannah today is sunny, windy and a little chilly. I love it. It reminds me the Northern States where I spend 17 years before moving to Savannah. It is always soft in my heart to meet guests coming there. Thank you very much...

We spent 4 nights in the Carriage house and enjoyed it tremendously. Monique is a great host. Breakfast was delivered each morning and we ate out in the private garden. She also left desert in our fridge each day for the evening. Very comfortable and within a easy walking distance of the river and historic district activities.

Dear guests of the Carriage House, Indeed, the Carriage House courtyard is very enjoyable in April. Unless it rains, guests prefer their breakfast to be served every morning, under the thick canopy of live oaks, at the sound of our water fall. Wonderful experience of Savannah. Thank you very much for sharing. Au Plaisir! Monique

We stayed at the beautifully appointed Jenkins house property last week and were very pleased with all aspects. Great for two couples with the two bedrooms if you are ok sharing the one bathroom--had a great shower with multiple shower heads. Feather topped beds so comfortable! Bedrooms and bath are up a flight of stairs. Forsyth park only a couple...

Dear guests of the Jenkins House, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience of the Jenkins House nestled in our beautiful Historic District, in the part where you walk from one square to the next. Indeed, the Jenkins House, period 1870, is steps away from our beautiful Whitefield Square and Forsyth Park, and a 15-minute...

We had come from England to sample the singular delights of Savannah. The 'Carriage House' was an ideal base for our exploration of the treasures of the town. If you don't like a first class breakfast, well appointed accommodation and a chance to experience life in Savannah then this isn't the place for you. If you want all these things...

My friend and I decided to visit Savannah, GA on the Easter weekend this year. She stayed at the Armstrong Inn in 2015 and raved about the place, the service, the food, etc. She even left them a 5-star review. Well, all I can say is, that was then and this is now. We arrived at the “INN” to discover...

Dear Guest #2 at the Tattnall House, After reading your review, I was quite concerned and saddened to hear that your stay, here, at The Armstrong inns, was so unpleasant. I remember checking you and your friend, along with your sweet dogs, Abby and Teddy, into the Tattnall House. At check-in, you declined my offer to bring a gate to...

Two years ago, I stayed at the Armstrong Inns and gave them a 5 star review, right here on Trip Advisor. I was very excited to stay with Armstrong again when I visited Savannah this past weekend. But, my expectations were crushed during this visit. 1. FOOD: First of all, the food has gone way downhill. Two years ago, Armstrong...

Dear repeated guest, I remember the jovial conversations we had in the Garden Suite when you came alone the first time. This time, one morning, I stopped by at the Tattnall House to say hello and to meet your friend. You opened the door with a big smile. After cheerful hugs, I followed you in the dining room where our...

We stayed at the Tattnall house located in the historic district. We were totally in awe of the home and how it was decorated! Monique and Lindsay were incredibly helpful and truthfully gave Kevin and I the southern hospitality that everyone talks about. The brunch that was served everyday was amazing!
