Facility: very clean and inviting, was welcomed upon arrival with room ready. Room was also spacious and well prepared, bathroom were very clean too. Very compatible to any Hilton or Marriott Hotels. Lots of parking and has a large pool next to the hotel which has a $3 daily fee or $80 season pass. Pool has a water slide and...

Enjoyed my stay here while TDY, and browsing around the Post. Was stationed here while on active duty. The accommodations were superb, and made it easy to enjoy off duty time. Management and housekeeping were outstanding. Only negative was late evening dining. Once PX and fast food spots close at 1900. Options were only to go off post to Savannah.

This is only one of many visits that my wife and I have stayed at Hunter, we have always had a very good experience. We visit Savannah often as a retired veterans it's the lodging of choice, very accessibility to Savannah Riverfront.

We had a great stop-over in Savannah on a long road trip. The reception desk staff members were very friendly and helpful. They recommended great places to eat in the area and made us feel completely at home. The room was clean and comfortable.

The "Lodge" was about average, nothing fancy and a little dated. It was clean and the staff were friendly. I have an issue with military having to pay taxes when staying here! Typical breakfast fare, bagels, cereal, milk, coffee, etc... Had a fridge, microwave, stove top (no oven), tiny TV (not good for watching football) Price wise, pretty average, we...

The first thing that greets you when you open the door to the facilily is the smell of old carpet. My nasal passages are still congested. Did I mention that the door knob was hanging off? The guests of two rooms share one antiquated bathroom. Then a piece ot the base board was held on with pieces of scotch and...

On our way to Fort Lauderdale, broke our drive into eight-hour segments Arrived around 1 a.m. and had to retrieve key from Landmark Inn next door. opened the suite door and found two bedrooms both with sinks and mirror, which required separate key cards. I thought there's no way I'm sharing with another family. As it turned out, the one...

My family of four stayed in late August 2012. Our first impression was that the army reuses a building until the facility just has no life left in it. The lodge is in a block of old enlisted family housing that I remember from my childhood in the '70s! Whoever did the bathroom refurbishment should have their head examined and...
