Our son who lives in Boston found this quiet Inn for us on a recent visit. The location is very quiet and safe. The room was small but more than adequate and lovely appointed. Breakfast was very nice and the coffee was outstanding. We will...More
This is a real find. Room is small but comfortable. I like the location--easy to get downtown by T or bike (Hubway bike share!), but in a quieter location. Comes with full breakfast, and coffee/tea/snacks out 24/7.
Very pleasant atmosphere, just what we were looking for to spend a chilly November weekend in Boston. The staff demonstrated its helpfulness by rising to the occasion to look after all of us with coffee, tea, and hot cocoa when a (false) fire alarm went...More

Thanks for contacting us at the Samuel Sewall Inn in Brookline. We are currently closed for renovations until September 2016. Fortunately, our sister inn, The Bertram Inn, located about 50 feet away-directly across the street does have availability for July 10. We have two possible rooms that would meet request:
Room 12, junior suite, 2 queen beds, 3rd floor
Room 16, junior suite, king bed, 3rd floor ( can put in 2 rollaway cots for your daughters). The rate for 2 guests is $239 plus tax. Extra guests are $20 each plus tax. You can view rooms and rates at our website.
We are on the Green Line - C train (Cleveland Circle) which is 3 minute walk from our location. On a Sunday, either driving or public transportation is about the same. You can park your car in our lot for $15 and can leave your car on our lot up until 3 pm (next guest check ins) .
An innkeeper is on duty from 7 am to 9:30 pm daily, so please call us at 1-800-295-3822, we would be happy to talk with you further.
Kindest regards,
Dia
