Stayed for 4 nights in mid-March. When I made my reservation, I requested a quiet room away from elevators, etc since I am a very light sleeper. They gave me a very quiet room at the end of the hall on the 4th floor of the South Tower. King bed was typical, although I found myself wanting to sleep in...

I booked the executive suit at this hotel through booking.com. When I arrived they put me in a room in the north tower that was not at all like the pictures on the website. It was a horribly small and outdated room. When I went to the front desk to let them know they told me I was in the...

Dear Scott, First, thank you for reviewing your stay with us. I am very sorry to hear you were disappointed and that you will not be returning. We were very fortunate to have you point out the Booking.Com photo mix up issue though. I do realize this was quite an inconvenience for you, and that should not be the experience...

After the reviews I read was skeptical but was not discouraged. Food was ok rooms were nice, the manager did not seem to want to help my wife with her medical needs but gave in eventually so we stayed another night. Breakfast good lunch menu was great. Did not see the chef but waiter assured us he cared about are...

While Fairbanks in January is not the ideal place for a conference except for the truly hardy group and the Alaska Peony Growers Association is just that group! The hotel room was outstanding, comfortable, clean, with all the amenities. My only complaint is the shower is designed for people under 5'8". Because of the cold, leaving is not really an...

The Westmark Hotel hosted our 2015 Alaska Peony Growers Conference. The catered food/meals were very good and the service was excellent. It was a great choice for our conference and one of the best venues in Fairbanks.

Having come through the Yukon, we found this Westmark a real step up from Whitehorse and Dawson. It's not central but it's an easy walk down to riverside attractions. The restaurant used quality cutlery and crockery and served good, well-presented meals. Alaska and Yukon hospitality staff is mostly temporary; our waitress was from Bulgaria for the Summer, but spoke good...

I've booked North Tower, 2-Queen-Bed with kitchen. First of all, I thought I could cook with electric heater or something, but there was only a sink, microwave and refrigerator. Probably, for most Americans "cooking" means "microwaving"... That was a little disappointment but within expectation. Having a small dining area, desk area where you can use your lap top & writing...

The room was very nice, spacious, comfortable and quiet. The hotel was clean, attractive and had a nice store, good restaurants and wonderful staff. Very enjoyable stay and within walking distance of other restaurants/bars. The hotel has a unique night light in the room which is available for purchase. It is soft light and changes colors - like the aurora...

We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay with us! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We always look forward to hearing from our customers. The hotel room was, at best, average. The bathrooms could use to be updated. The major problem with the hotel is that the Internet connections run at about dial up speed. Hello, Thank you for taking some time to provide us with your valued feedback. I of course sincerely apologize for the poor internet connection you experienced at our hotel.
