I got the queen size bed with the jacuzzi in the room. The bed was not a queen it was a double the jets didn't work in the tub. I really liked the room and it was very clean. I just wish those 2 things were right.

The hotel is small, localization isn't any good, the staff is not friendly. My bedroom had old and broken furniture, the toilet sink had some huge leaking problem and the flush would not stop the water either...

The surroundings are a bit scary (walking in the evening is not a pure pleasure) but there is metro station very close to the hotel. The hotel is on the way to/from JFK airport. Rooms are big and comfortable. They serve typical American breakfast (bagels, jam, nut butter, coffee, juice) so don't expect bigger choice of food in the morning.

Disappointing. We paid $230 per night and this was the crappiest hotel that I have ever encountered. 0 out of 5 if there is such a thing. 1. Hotel provides single room occupancy for homeless/welfare recipients 2. It smells like smoke 3. The rooms are dirty. The towels are old. The linens are shaggy and old.

I have reviewed many hotels etc in the past and they have all been positive, I don't normally write a negative review as i try to take a balanced view but this place beggars belief. This is a welfare hotel, by that I mean the government pay the property to take in homeless people. The corridors are noisy and there... More

This location is close to the train and the rooms mostly clean although they do smell funny and that's where the pros stop. This hotel is in the middle of the projects. It also participates with the NY shelter program. The hotel is mostly full of shelter residents. Crying babies smoke filled hallways and constant slamming doors. Overall it was... More

Stayed for a week with my son. Everything worked, the air-con, TV, hot water, tons of clean towels. Nice location, 1 block to the J, M, Z lines, 57 bus in front of hotel. Decent free breakfast 7:30-10 with attendant. Relatively new room furnishings with comfortable queen bed for 2 people.

I've been in different hotels in my life and this one not the best. But the Service and the people were nice. And the prices are cheaper than center city of course. So for me it was convenient. My room was clean and the free breakfast was very close from it haha!! I used the hotel just to sleep. So... More

Not sure where to start. Location wise, while its close to the subway, it is literally in the middle of nowhere. Rooms were OK (probably refurbished about 10 years ago), but found lots of hairs and stains on the sheets, and the new-ish furniture had tears in it. Doors are also paper thin. Service seems friendly enough, and the staff... More

I was in town for a small Independent film premiere and this venue was recommended to me by my producer. I must say that it is sort of a "sliver of silver" in a copper area. In other words, the surrounding area and the block this hotel is on is not exactly eye candy. Even upon first entering the hotel,... More
