2nd stay at this hotel and we love the location for walking Downtown Gatlinburg. Rates are really fair so dont expect luxury. The rooms are clean and the ladies at front desk are always sweet and helpful. Love the indoor pool and jacuzzi.

Check in was quick and friendly. The hotel is outdated. Rooms are clean and roomy. Did I mention Location!!!! LOL Pools are nice, Hot tub was out of order, needs to be operational or get rid of it. Plenty of parking space. Breakfast was minimal. Would stay again and recommend motel. Price is right.

Clean appearance. Front desk check in, had better. Didn't think to tell me which building, had to figure out myself. Seemed she didn't want to be bothered, but we could have an off day so. Has old fashioned turn key. Room was clean. Outdoor pool is heated, clean and was great! Beds were hard for my liking. My biggest gripe...

It's an average hotel me and my Mother stayed out for 2 nights on a mini-vacation to Gatlinburg. Mother read OK reviews here, so she booked us a room. The beds were too stiff for us, and uncomfortable to sleep on. Not to mention, the towels in the bathroom were too rough. The continental breakfast was rather 'blah'. The biggest...

We stayed here for a long weekend. The hotel is older, they have keys instead of key cards, but it is charming. The room was very clean, although outdated. The beds were comfortable. The only complaint was that the Wifi was unusable. We called the front desk and were told that they had someone working on it, and that there...

We were welcomed by very friendly staff. We were informed that the elevators were broken but should be fixed as the repair man was working on it. The room was beautiful. We stayed in the C Building 4th floor (which is actually the 5th floor). The view was amazing and the room was very clean. Some minor maintenance was needed...

Great location for anything downtown gatlinburg. Rooms could be a little better. The jacuzzi suites not the greatest but ok.indoor pool nice. Hot tub was cold due to it having a leak and having to be refilled everyday

Just got back from staying here for three days. Perfect location for walking to everything in Gatlinburg, But far enough off the parkway to be very peaceful. Check in was very quick and the staff was very friendly. Had a two king bed with a private balcony. The beds were firm, but very comfortable, got a good nights sleep each...
