We rented a cabin WAY up on the mountain outside of Gatlinburg for two nights. The rental process was easy and although they close at five they left the keys; directions to the cabin and other useful information in a box outside the rental agency....More
My family stayed at the Dancing in the Moonlight cabin for three nights while we visited Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains. The cabin was well-maintained, very clean, and our view from the deck was fantastic. The location is perfect; far enough away from the hustle...More

I stayed at a cabin called "Cuddle Up" at Cobbly Nob Rentals. It was clean, quiet and a beautiful and what a view! There was a brand new gill. It was in the resort of Cobbly Nob with a golf course, pools & tennis courts. The cabin was hi in the mountains and the first time drive up was only hard part but we got use to it. I would come back again.

The Gatlinburg strip is about 15 miles. The longest of that is the winding road from your cabin to the highway.
There is a trolley stop about half way to Gatlinburg. There is plenty of parking there also.
