Lovely room, lovely house! Our hostess provided a beautiful breakfast a half an hour earlier than usual because we had to be at Guilford at 8:30. A bowl of fresh fruit, a perfect soft boiled egg in the shell, served in darling egg cups with tiny spoons, turkey bacon and delicious French press coffee in lovely china cups. We went...

The home, room, policies and procedures were just as Jean had described when I made my reservation. I stayed in the Lindley Park room which was spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed breakfast and coffee with Jean.I will definitely stay with Jean at the Dailey Renewal Retreat next time I am in Greensboro!

I have stayed at the Dailey Retreat several times now and each time I enjoy it a little bit more. I have gotten to know the owner and she is as charming as staying at the Retreat itself. Accommodations are always clean, breakfast is always delicious, and Ms. Dailey is always a delight to visit with. I will be back...

I travel for work quite often and I choose to stay at the Dailey Renewal Retreat whenever I am in Greensboro. There are several hotels in the area but DRR makes me feel pampered and at home. Located in the heart of lively a community, mere blocks away are restaurants, wine bars and coffee houses . I especially enjoy Sticks...

Geane is so welcoming when you come to her home, the area where the home is located is so cute and nice with lots of restaurants right around the corner and the homes are all so historical looking. We always go in the fall and they are always decorated for the holidays. Just a nice quite stay close to shopping...

This bed and breakfast was a wonderful spot to celebrate my husband and my 15 year anniversary. Our courtship began near Greensboro and so this is where we wanted to celebrate our anniversary. Jean was so accommodating and welcoming. Her breakfasts were all organic and declicious. She used a French press for coffee and this made my morning! It is...

I enjoyed very much my stay at Jean's house in Greensboro. The owner Jean will make your stay comfortable and help solve any problems that may challenge. The house itself is cosy, nicely furnished and besides an occasional train whistle in the distance at night, very quiet. I really enjoyed the settled friendly neighborhood. You can safely walk around and...

My boyfriend and I decided to take a weekend trip and stumbled upon this property online. When we got there, it was absolutely nothing like it was advertised. The neighborhood is not safe (close to a train depot and many homeless people were around), the house was dark and all the curtains were drawn, the property owner seemed surprised when...

I contacted TripAdvisor because this review is not factual; TripAdvisor told me they unable to vette reviews. 1. I greeted Elizabeth & her Guest promptly when they arrived. The last I saw of her on the property, she was delightedly looking at books in the hallway. 2. The property is in good repair. 3. The B & B is not...

One mile from UNCG, we found this charming European style B&B. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with beautiful art. There was a bookshelf full of books in the hallway. We had a healthy breakfast of fruit and quiche, and the property owner was delightful to chat with. We brought our bikes and from the door went out in...

I never respond to a 5 Star review: the Guest's perception-enjoyment are what Guests' value. But I need to thank this reviewer for an accurate perception of my intent for Travelers: old-world charm, welcoming comfort, conversation, breakfast & peaceful pastimes. Thank you!
