A great stay. Excellent location to highway, shops, mall and restaurants. Hotel staff are top knotch. Go to lengths to ensure a good stay. Amazing breakfast choices too. Plenty of parking, nice indoor pool. Internet access needs a kick.

Why is there a photo of a Bedbug on your TripAdvisor review
Who are you asking? That is a VERY SERIOUS ALLEGATION for an open question about ANY hotel. This particular Hampton Inn is immaculate. In 9 years of staying there we have NEVER had an issue with the cleanliness (never mind the seriousness of something like that). It will be helpful if either the question is asked directly of the person who posted the photo (and able to confirm it's real), or if TripAdvisor would screen the questions more closely before open posting such a damaging question without confirming if the info is real.
