Excellent value and great staff. very helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent and continuously refilled with fresh offerings. Location is a little far from commerce, but the next exit has it all. Beautiful new area when it is completed.

Stayed just one night but had a great visit. As with all Hilton Garden Inns it was clean and very quiet. We did not have reservations but that was not a problem. I think that was just luck as they seemed pretty booked. Staff are the nicest people in the world. And the food is good too!

I most enjoyed the breakfast buffet although the other services were excellent as well. Right from the shuttle service that picked me up from the airport all the way to my ride back to airport. Each staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. All in all a great experience

The staff from check in, room service & check out all professional & genuine with interaction. Small issue with my bill but manager returned my phone call and adjusted within one hour of me reaching out. I would recommend staying here and will stay again myself.

Did not have rooms we reserved when we got there! Manager on duty came up with a workable solution however. Would recommend this property. They continued to offer to work on the problem and were very accommodating

Had a great stay and the staff was great and very accommodating. The breakfast was very good. Wish they would accept pets. The beds were uncomfortable but I find that in all Hilton Garden Inns. All I can say is that every single staff member at the Hilton Garden Inn - from check-in to housekeeping to restaurant - every person was kind, considerate and helpful. The Hotel was clean. The Lobby was nice - it had very good energy.

When staying in the Greensboro area, the Hilton Garden Inn is a great place. With clean rooms, an excellent and helpful staff, located minutes from any location in Greensboro, the HGI is a great place to stay.

We attend an annual program and have enjoyed staying here for years and have always enjoyed our stay. However, this year we were charged a $50.00 fee to be reversed at check-out if no damage was done.
