This tented lodge is located in Tarangire National Park on the shore of Lake Manyara. Upon arrival the first sight is the view of the lake with thousands of flamingos, pelicans and other birds. Other animals are also in close proximity - zebras regularly come to drink from the pool, gazelles come out of the bushes, etc. The tents are...

The lodgings and the view from the tents is amazing. Walking out the door of your tent you can run into zebras, wildebeests, warthogs, and other animals. From the restaurant, lounge and pool you can look on Lake Manyara and the animals roaming around the camp, including the thousands of flamingos on the lake. In the morning you can walk...

This is a lovely tented camp. Each tent room is tastefully furnished and is nicely separated from the other tents. The view from each tent is beautiful. There was a free happy hour around the pool. The food was good, and the staff helpful. It rained during the night , and it was wonderful,to lie in a bed surrounded by...

wonderful location between two national parks making it easy to access both. The views from the lodge - particularly from the pool area are amazing. The food is varied but not vey noteworthy. The lunches for taking on safari are very mediocre. Service is good but not great. The pool is great and very welcome since it was very hot.

Incredible location, beautiful tents and accomodations. The infinity pool with a view on the zebras and wildebeests is unreal. Dining there was a treat. No room for improvement whatsoever. I would even consider this location for a honeymoon or similar special occasion.

We stayed here for 2 nights while we did game drives in Tarangire. The tented camp is located on the shores of Lake Manyara with very nice sunsets and a small pond on the pool deck for game watching at dusk. The wine and beer was included which was a bit of a pleasant surprise for us. The buffet meals...

Location was good, we arrived later in the day with an early departure so we did not have much time to enjoy some of the amenities like the pool or any of the guided hikes. The service at dinner was average at best, but the rest of the lodge staff were great.

The accommodations were beautiful! This is high end camping at its finest! The accommodations amongst the animals so the Maasai walk you back to your tent after supper, this in itself made this experience even more magical! The pool was amazing! The food was great and there was something for everyone. I especially loved the one on one bush walk...

An excellent holiday destination with great service! Food was good too! The environment is fantastic and you get really close to nature. The setting is like being in a tent, just that it is luxurious.

Maramboi Tented Camp is a very enjoyable camp in the middle of the National Parks of Lake Manyara and Tarangire. A lot of animals like zebras, wildebeests/gnus, warthogs and others can be seen from the tents and the terrace of the restaurant. Also there are many different species of birds that are flying aroung and in the distance you can...
