Reasonable hotel, not the best in the world but not the worst either and a fairly respectable price. The room was perfectly good, comfortable and quiet apart from the a/c which looks a little bit passed it's sell by date. Breakfast and lunch buffet are nothing to right home about although you should be able to find something amongst the... More

Staff is mostly very friendly and courteous. Hotel is still nice, though last year I stayed there when it was still under the Hilton brand, and I can't say it is better now. But it certainly nice and there are two malls within walking distance, and so is the old town of Anting and its temple. It is close to... More

Lovely hotel has everything one would require, gorgeous rooms and helpful staff. Very enjoyable stay would love to go back again. Bit far from town but some shops close by that don't accept Visa so that was disappointing

I have stayed here several times under the previous brand. Other than the name it does seem not too much has changed, although maybe some cutbacks in support staff? The welcome was good, and because the hotel was busy with groups, we were offered to eat on the members suite for breakfast even though we were not members. Downside of... More

Stayed here for two nights in June. My first visit to China. The first thing that I loved was the helping nature of the staffs. The room that I got was big and they have really considered all the minute details to make the stay comfortable. The sleep quality was good. The bathroom is spacious with both shower and bath... This hotel is now called the Grand Metro Park Kunshan. I last stayed here a few years ago when it was new, as other reviewers have agreed, it is not aging well at all. The A/C is terrible and noisy, the breakfast is good for choice but poor for taste and refilling of empty selections. The internet is worse than... More

Ad business hotel is it bwah. ITS Only 6 years old but looks as if it's 10 year in use. The room is a simple Hilton room and it's overall nice quit luckely. The Chinese restaurant on the other hand is very good. For hotel restaurants extremely good. The fitness and the massage are great. The massage is even giving... More

Facility was very nice but upon checking in I was informed the Executive Lounge was only open for breakfast, after I paid for that room rate. This is a huge inconvenience for me as I usually travel with colleagues and we always end up working there a few hours a day and most weekends. They did compensate us by letting... More

I stayed in this hotel for one week in Nov-15. It was very good hotel and the receptionists were very helpful and they are talking/understanding English better than other hotel I stayed in. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The only negative point that happened is that there was a water outage in bathrooms. This happened twice through this... More
