The location is on the beautiful Snake River, just across from Ritter Island with views of a couple of waterfalls. The grounds are well-kept for tents and pop-up campers, and the RV spots are basic with gravel, maybe a picnic bench and a tree here and there. Our water hook-up was broken but electricity worked. The showers on property are...

Arrived and while the bathrooms were clean and roomy and the staff pleasant, they had closed up the good sites due to less traffic and left the ones close to the street and without any grass nearby, so it was like a parking lot. They have an indoor pool, etc, but don't stay here after summer if you want a...

This Campground is more suitable for people with a boat. There is nothing else there. The one Saturday night we stayed; the showers were out of order. I understand these things happen, but they were not very accommodating with the showers in their pool area. They offered the swimming showers, but did not open them until 9:00 a.m. It sure...

My family and I decided to take our first of the year camping trip to Thousand Springs Resort. Spring break trip, so you never know what the weather will be like. But knowing that even if the weather is bad, you can fall back on plenty of hot springs swimming pool time, there were no worries! I made my reservation...

Not out in the boonies (like forest), but this is such a great place to go. Camping on the grass, mineral pool that is so much fun. I've been there many times. If you can't have fun here you've got to be a grouch. Go, camp or just stop in for a swim.

We wanted a last minute getaway vacation for our family over the Labor Day weekend. We have always had a lot of fun going to Miracle Hot Springs, but their campground was completely booked when I called there. I called Thousand Springs Resort & RV park and they had availability. The RV park has complete hook up and the pool...

We had a great time with little kids and 2 adults camping! Stayed right by the water. So fun! (with our little kids, we enjoy camping that we can drive right up to and that have a bathroom close by) We also had a fun time at the pool with its diving boards, slide and rolling log. The only reason...

Pros and Cons of this camping site: Pros: Swimming pool is really nice, but expensive even if you are a resort guest. Grass for tent camping. Cons: Dirty RV sites--on cinders and flies were incredibly bad. Could barely see the river. Overcharged: we were in pickup camper, but charged for RV motorhome. No campstore and town is 7 miles away....

The Sligars/1000 Springs swimming pool is a fun, inexpensive place to spend a few hours. There is a cornered-off 2' deep area in the pool for young kids, a tube slide, two diving boards, a basketball hoop on one edge of the pool, and a rolling log in the middle of the pool to play on. The dressing rooms are...

We camped at the campground and I would say it is overpriced at $35.00 per night. The sites are very close to one another. I would not consider this an authentic hot spring experience...while the water does come from a hot spring I think they might add chlorine to it...not sure but it smells that way. The pool is fun...
