We've been to Bali many times. This hotel is what many other guests describe "past it's use by date".. However....... the staff were amazing. We arrived before Christmas and stayed until Jan 8. The staff were so accommodating, friendly, helpful etc. I really can't say enough good things about them. At the New Year's Eve party, After the count down,...

Have been coming to Bali for over 30 years. The Melasti is way past it's used by date. Rooms very tired (and we paid for an upgrade!!). Breakfast is very poor and staff very slow at refilling containers. Rats were visible on the grounds. The staff were generally good. Overall would recommend people choose another location.

It was what we needed until we left for Nusa Dua. Make sure you book directly through the hotel as the cost is less than half...

Was calling in to see friends and told by security they would show us to reception....
