We decided to book this hotel after a really good experience with jetwing beach at negombo. The room was in pretty bad shape, especially the shower. We woke up early to get to Hortons plain and when we came back there was no hot water:( Bottom line- worst hotel out of 7 hotels we've visited during our vacation in Sri...

Stayed in superior rooms (one double, one twin) for one night. Beautifully furnished and presented, superbly clean. Extremely comfortable bed. The hotel is a charming throwback to colonial times, retaining many period features, but also tastefully updated with additions such as a light and sunny glass sitting area. It's a class act. The staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was...

Very historic building ,I enjoyed reading about its history .food was good and our room was fine ( a little shabby round the edges) the thing that makes this hotel lovely are the gardens ,really beautiful and so well kept,we walked into the little town ,which was very close .

We spent two nights in this hotel, we were greeted with warm soup and warm towels which was very nice as it's colder up there. The rooms were OK, they could do with lick of paint and they bathroom was certainly well warn. There was a good selection of food for breakfast and good service.

We (my wife and two children) stayed at Jetwing St Andrews for one night in April during a tour of Sri Lanka. We had two separate rooms (next to each other) both of which were clean, spacious and very well equipped. The hotel has very good amenities including: - A very nice landscaped garden when we had drinks - Good...

They do welcome you by giving a hot soup. The server did notify me in advance that the soup is hot. But, i didn't take it seriously. Ended up burning my tongue :'( I like the food served at this hotel.

Lovely colonial hotel with great common areas, sofas around a fireplace, cool bar and outdoor seating. Big room with cosy interior, weak wifi connection though. The buffet dinner was very good, all the staff were friendly. Breakfast was also a buffet, again good range of variety. The only thing was that I woke up in the middle of the night...

This is a beautiful hotel ten minutes north of the town centre. The rooms are bright with attractive fabric furnishings and a wooden parquet floor. The furniture is white shabby chic. The bathrooms have good hot showers and lovely toiletries decanted into glass bottles... don't drop them onto the tiled bathroom floor! Balconies are available overlooking the gardens. Service is...

Absolutely beautiful. Nestled in the hills of nuwara eliya, this place is a must visit. The staff is courteous and polite. The gardens are a sight for sore eyes. The rooms are comfortable and furnished in a colonial style. The lobbies and pub have fire places that help during the hill weather.
