I stayed at this hotel for a meeting at the very end of April. I have stayed here before for a short vacation 15 years ago and said never again. However, my job was paying for a one night stay at this hotel for 2 days of meetings so I had to. I was happy with the meeting space and...

It's a historical hotel in the heart of Hot Springs' touristy downtown adjacent to bathhouse row. Architecturally it's a 1920s gem and so tempting for its ambience! I stayed but left the next day because I couldn't get the wi-fi to work and needed it. The hotel is rundown, with air conditioning which was insufficient even in May when it...

I stayed there for a business trip. The rooms were ok. The pool area was satisfactory. The bar downstairs makes for a fun atmosphere here. It is conviently located near shops, a beautiful park, and bathhouse row so that makes it a wonderful place to stay. The buffet breakfast I had been looking forward to there was disappointing but overall...

We enjoyed our stay. Have we stayed at nicer places? Yes. The room had clean linens and the view was great! We were on the same floor as the pool, which was fun. The room definitely needs updating and was average but it didn't bother us at all. We had a great time, the staff is absolutely amazing and the...

If you get the chance, stop and check out the lobby of the Arlington. Have a sandwich in the charming raised lobby eating area. It has an interesting and nostalgic feel. But DO NOT stay there overnight. It has no ac (does have ceiling fans and you can open the old windows a little - no sceens so bugs come...

2 friends and I stayed here on Wednesday n relaxed in the spa and had massages which was wonderful!! Our room was clean and beds were comfortable! We had a great time here. I have to give the biggest compliment to the honesty of the employees of this hotel!! I left my fire tablet in the room and the cleaning...

The hotel has so much history and a lovely lobby and veranda! It is located in downtown Hot Springs and you can walk to everything. Shops, restaurants, walking paths, mineral springs and bars(frequented by Al Capone) are all right there. In town for a wedding, we listened to the Jazz band both Friday and Saturday nights and visited with our...

We used the spa facilities at the Arlington. We stopped by in the late afternoon for some information on their spa. We were able to sign up for a "treatment" later that day. We opted for the hot tub and massage. It was worth every cent we paid. You start off with up to twenty minutes in a deep bathtub...

I really liked the Arlington. It felt like going back in time with everything being old and wearing down. There were the water fountains with spring water, elevators with dials, mail chutes, and the exercise bike from the 80's in the basement gym. The gentleman in the bath were very nice and were a stand out. From another perspective my...

The Arlington is an older hotel that may have seen better days, but still nice to stay at for its location to Bathhouse Row and historical value. I was a bit suspect on cleanliness of room, but it was big enough to accommodate my family and we enjoyed the natural hot spring bath right in our room. Pools were a...
