Pros: Location excellent. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Room clean, spacious, though the bathroom was a bit cramped. Although the area is noisy the soundproofing in the windows was excellent and I hardly heard a thing from outside.

Great location! Walked everywhere in French Quarter area.
Concierges were very helpful with getting us (4 people) good deals.
Just missed not having a complimentary breakfast.
Staff was very friendly & helpful.

Great location in the French Quarter. Parking is quite expensive.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
We stayed on the 19th floor and had to use two elevators to get to the room.
Bottled water and fresh fruits were available for us to take.
