We were thoroughly impressed with the location at the edge of the French Quarter and with the staff. They were extremely helpful and met requests cheerfully. Room was comfortable and well serviced. A pleasant few days.
Had a great stay here during WrestleMania weekend. The staff is very friendly and responded to any requests or questions quickly. For as crazy as city was for the event and the hotel being right off Bourbon Street, the evenings were quiet in our room....More

I made my reservation via Booking, when we arrived at the Crowne Plaza Hotel they told us that the reservation was made for an other date. It is maybe a mistake made by us while making the reservation, so we agreed to pay an additional...More

Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts
District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.
