This is a very nice Crowne Plaza property. Rooms are first class and the hotel has all the amenities of any other great hotel. The hotel is located at the corner of Canal & Bourbon Streets in the French Quarter. AND you can catch the...More
Was met by the friendly valet staff out front and ushered inside to check in. Check in process was very quick and painless with a great job done by front desk staff to explain the hotels features and amenities.

Had a 13th floor room with a view of Canal Street. Loved the comfortable King Size bed. Room was clean and well appointed. Multiple elevators meant little wait time and they moved fast. Front desk staff efficient and helpful.

Excellent accommodations! The staff were more than friendly and the hotel is very close to Bourbon St. The hotel restaurant was excellent.
From the minute we arrived until we left, the experience was amazing.
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts
District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.
I don’t specifically know the answer. They have always been very amenable to requests. My suggestion would be first to look at their website, and if that doesn’t give you the answer, just call the front desk.
