We stayed here two nights and loved it. I am somewhat claustrophobic so I like substantial space. The two bedroom, two bathroom suite worked perfectly for four adults. I liked having a large coffee pot, a freezer that worked well, and strong hot showers.

I mistook this hotel for something it wasn’t, so was disappointed in the standards and facilities. But don’t let my error put you off: if you’re looking for budget family accommodation right in the heart of New Orleans, or a longer stay that won’t break...More
We stayed here for 2 nights. We were greeted by very friendly and helpful front desk clerks. Reception did a fabulous job at a very busy time of day. The room was not good. It was old and smelled musty. The whole room needs updating....More
Thank you for providing your meeting room for two days. My workshops went well. However, I'd like to share my concerns about the meeting room.
I didn’t know the hotel sales manager quit.
I requested water for the room, but it wasn't provided.

Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.
