Everything was super, except no dinner service neither room service on Friday, 3 days before Christmas... My room was very far away from anywhere, long walk distance from lift, the last one lost in the end of hotel, and when opening window....there was a wall in front of me So no view, no sun, not the quality level required for this...

Very nice looking hotel, close to everything, clean. however, if you need something from housekeeping or room service, expect issues. preordered champagne and strawberries never showed. Very frustrated with service. for the prices they charge for rooms, you would expect mediocre service

We came down from Mississippi to celebrate my wife's 55th birthday. The staff was so friendly and early check-in was not a problem. We were greeted with a smile from everyone the entire stay. The room was a little too pricey for my taste, however, I know that location comes with a cost. We were within walking distance of every...

The Bourbon Orleans is a beautiful, unique property right in the heart of the French Quarter. Location is great, history is fascinating, upgrading is well done, and service is very professional. My room on the 6th floor (top) was well-appointed and the bathroom was exceptionally clean and well-designed.

We loved staying here. The hotel was really beautiful and offered a lot of fun NOLA history. The only problem we had was when we tried to utilize room service - it took forever. It wasn't just for food, it was for anything.

Poor organisation for the accès to the roms. Terrible service at the restaurant. Would not recommend this hôtel too costly too noisy. Not a good deal. Would préfère to go elsewhere next time. Its a shame to have such low quality service.

Very convenient to bourbon street and very nice hotel! Rooms were clean and orderly. Check in was early and our room was available upon or arrival. Room was on bottom floor as I requested so I would have access to outside for smoking

I always stay here .....best location in NOLA. Over priced drinks, but in NOLA you don't have to drink here! Very nice rooms and comfortable beds. This is a classy hotel. New Year's Eve it rained terribly. The hotel bar, (Bourbon O) is small, classy, and serves very tasty cocktails, (not the average run of the mill drinks). Only downside to this bar is it's size. You'll be fortunate if you can find a seat. So, I ordered my drink and just took it back to...

Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
