The service experienced - their service is always at the highest caliber. I have found them very friendly, authentically caring that your stay is everything you wanted to be, and that all your needs are being met. The room - we stood in room 2017 with club access and found the room extremely comfortable, roomy, had a balcony, well appointed...

We have stayed at the Windsor Court several times and they never fail to amaze us. The hotel is stunning and the service is impeccable. It is right outside the French Quarter so you are able to escape the craziness after a long day! I have attached a couple views from the room on the 19th floor.

I have heard of the Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans for some time, but have never stayed there as we have family in the area or have been traveling on a budget with children. I decided to stay here while in town for an engagement party as it was one night and no kids, so it could not be...

Always a great stay at The Windsor Court. I was visiting my daughter for 6 nights and they upgraded me to a suite without even asking. Service was excellent. Food delicious. Drinks wonderful (had a Moscow Mule and they make their own Ginger Beer!). They added a little coffee shop which serves French Truck coffee - so delicious and so...

I have been to NO since 1984 , have stayed in many hotels , Windsor Court stands out as the best ( Ritz Carlton second ) in my book . Located centrally and near the convention centre. A traditional touch with modern upgrades . The staff very curtious and helpful. The rooms ( suites ) has a touch of old...

Enjoyed 3 nights here with my husband and 2 relatives. Hotel was excellent and well located in New Orleans, just outside the French Quarter. Staff were very friendly and everything was great except for the breakfast. When I made the booking through my travel agent it was booked as 'Bed and Breakfast', which was good as it's nice to enjoy...

Dear Fiona G, Thank you for your recent stay and for taking the time to share your feedback. While it was a pleasure to read that, overall, you enjoyed your stay, it was very disappointing to learn of the lapse in service you encountered when you shared your concerns regarding the value of your package. We would like to speak...

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Windsor Court in January 2017. We had a king room with a sitting area that overlooked the river. The room was nicely appointed, clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom adequate for a couple (large shower, no tub). The closet was a little small. The hotel offers nightly turndown...

I stayed in the hotel for two nights, and was impressed with every aspect. The room was large, well appointed, and the linens were extraordinary. The food was delicious, the staff accommodating, and the pool setting was so attractive. The conference facilities were well-managed, and Wi-Fi was available in every corner of the property. I highly recommend the property.

The Windsor Court is a marvelous suite hotel within a couple of blocks of the French Quarter. Impeccable service and comfortable rooms. But if you stay on the Club floor, the classic club amenities -- breakfast and happy hour -- are as good as I have ever had!

The Windsor Court indeed has a courtyard that is walled off from the street so it's very private, safe and tranquil. There is a huge statue of a Knight (?) that is actually a fountain. This is a huge plus in a very busy part of town - Harrah's Casino is right across the street and it's just steps to...

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.
