We took advantage of a Presidents’ Day special and booked two nights at Creekside Lodge, which is a part of the Game Lodge. The Lodge was built in 2008 and was beautiful. The rooms were lovely and the bed was super comfortable. The room was also very clean. From the Game Lodge

I was a little disappointed with this tour. We booked it through Shore Excursions Group, and we were really looking forward to it. The tour bus was actually an old school bus, but they had installed air conditioning. The tour around the city was interesting and our tour

Thought this hotel would have some kind of charm or view. Had neither. Bathroom was tiny. ordinary. Could only get dinner reservation at 5 or wait to 8:30p Only had wifi in the lobby. Seemed to be more interested in bus tour groups.

We stayed in a room at the side of the main lodge which had 2 Kingsize beds in. The room was not overly large possibly 6m by 3.5m it was large enough for the time we spent in it. Stayed 3 nights. I would however suggest if you intend to spend lengthy periods in the room you would be better off investing in a suite.

For history, wildlife, kid friendly I would choose a cabin at Blue Bell. Food at Blue Bell is great. Take the wildwell loop to see natural beauty. For dinner try Burger and Bun in Custer- best burger you ever had- place is usually packed, come early . Have fun.
