Firstly I am not one to write reviews however after my experience at Hotel Garni Pramstraller and Neilson Holidays I felt compelled to warn any prospective visitors. Mayrhofen is a beautiful place with lovely ski slopes however I would recommend staying elsewhere and not using Neilson Holidays. As mentioned in previous reviews the breakfast is basic and repetitive. The owner...

The hotel facilities were ok for the price. However, safes in the room were €20 to use, wifi was €20 per device and breakfast was pretty grim. Again the hotel owner was everything you wouldn't expect.. rude, unprofessional and unreasonable. At he was concsistent with Neilson's sentiments. Save yourself the bother and pay that little extra for somewhere else with...

Mayrhofen itself is a lovely place with some great skiing. This hotel is a Neilson represented hotel about a 10 -15 minutes walk from the Gondola. If your contemplating the hotel or Neilson I would avoid and go with their much superior rival, Crystal. Food - Breakfast is Average to Poor, dry and repetitive Dinner served at Rose Hotel. Food...

For the price we couldn't complain about facilities, breakfast was ok too. However, after the second night we notice a crack in the door frame in the morning and came back to an an onslaught of accusations from George who had taken the key while we were away and left our room unlocked with valuables in it. We 100% did...

Had a great stay at this hotel, very clean rooms, great location between the penken and the train station. Food at the hotel rose was very nice but I heard they are not using rose next year. I've been to mayrhofen about 6 times now and this hotel is a great budget to mid range hotel.

We arrived at the Gasthaus Pramstraller and were very pleasantly surprised. We had read some really poor reviews of the hotel so were gobsmacked to find it in the best position for the serious skier to explore the whole area. The bus and train station were literally couple of minutes walk. The rooms were impeccably clean and cosy .We ate...

Lovely little Guesthouse - shared a room with two other people and there was plenty of space. Good positioning in the town, close to all amenities. Definitely recommend - as well as Mayrhofen itself - was really surprised by the quality of the slopes and lifts: awesome resort for the price!

The wifi was super slow and had weak signal. It was €20 for one device! (which they don't tell you at reception) I realized this after using the wifi code in my phone and really needed it for my laptop. They really need to sort this out.

The "garni" is only breakfast, which was adequate though the juice machine and coffee machines not good. We slept the whole week on the fold out couch as the mattresses were so old and lumpy, we had no choice. The bathroom was large and clean and lots of hot water. The threadbare towels were changed daily, despite the notice saying...
