Alpenhof Kristall thoroughly exceeded our expectations. Our room was large and well equipped, with a really good shower. The hotel is spotless throughout and decorated in traditional Tyrolean style. We ate in the restaurant one evening and were very impressed with the food. All of the staff were polite, friendly, attentive and welcoming. Would recommend on all counts.

I have just spent a week here, and although comfortable and clean, it could do with a bit of a upgrade. The food was okay, but not much imagination, and was served a bit like" school dinners" With the amount of kids in the hotel , a children's menu would be a great advantage!! Mayerhofen itself is overpriced, & slightly...

It is very good maintained hotel with friendly personal. The room was good equipped , with balcony . The staff members were very helpful. The WI-FI was free but unstable. There is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The free ski-bus stops right outside the hotel. The spa area in the hotel was excellent! We had have half board:...

The hotel is located at the end of the town, its about 10-15 minute walk to the main gondola but there is a skibus station just opposite the hotel. The room is warm and comfy (a bit outdated). We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, breakfast is simple, cold meats and cheeses, Dinner is served every night (not buffet)...

We loved Hotel Kristall. The place was clean and had excellent service. The owner and staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The food rooms were comfortable with nice big balconies overlooking the Alps. Location was good as well. Our favourite bit though was the lovely sauna and steam room in the basement. Absolute heaven after a long day...

We stayed at the Alpenhoff Kristall over the Christmas holiday. The service was excellent, a great family run hotel. All the staff members were helpfull and made us feel welcome. Location is great across the road from the bus stop, ski bus every 15 minutes, 10 minute walk to bus station, very close to the main shops, restaurants. The only...

We had a great stay in the Kristall over the New Year period 2015/6. It is a medium-sized, family-run hotel in traditional Austrian style. The management and staff were very helpful and friendly, with large bedrooms and excellent communal facilities. Food is traditional Austrian fare - plentiful and tasty - and the New Year gala dinner was a triumph. Location...
