The hotel was very simply furnished, but clean. The breakfast was very nice. The beds were 2 very basic, single beds, comfortable enough. We spent one night there with another couple on the way to the Grossglocker pass. It was a very short drive from there to the road leading to the pass. so it served our purpose well.

We went skiing in March and staged at the hotel post. What a lovely family run hotel. In the centre of saalbach so close to all shops, restaurants and most importantly the ski lifts. You could see one of the runs as you were sat having breakfast, beautiful views, truly amazing. You certainty won't go hungry eating here - 5... More

The hotel is located in the middle of saalbach, very close to all gondolas. The stuff is very friendly and gives a very warm filling. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The spa is too small for an 4 stars hotel in Austria and the small swimming pool that half of it, is outside should be much more warm.... More

We spent a week here with the kids. The location of the hotel is ideal. It is close to the city center and also for the ski lifts. The owner's wife personally welcomes the arriving guests. It is only a few minutes walk to reach the lifts and the location is also great for a walk in the city. This... More

Nice hotel, they try and feed you too much!! t5 courses every night!! Good central location for the ski slopes. Friendly staff and lovely facilities. Nothing is too much trouble. Only moan........and it is trivial was the bathroom the way the toilet was almost part of the bedroom, but very old hotel and you have to work with what you've... More

Excellent beef and friendly, hard working staff. Having come out to escape the bland food at our own hotel it was a real pleasure to have a really good meal at the Hotel Post. I cannot comment on the accommodation but the hotel is certainly in a convenient location for the lifts and slopes

We stayed from Boxing Day until New Years so where there for New Year's Eve. The hotel is very nice and our room, although not very big was good and had everything we needed. Wellness centre was very nice and outdoor section of pool was good, although did get overrun with kids. Food in restaurant was fantastic with 5 courses... More

This is by far the best ski hotel I've ever stayed in. The owners are proper hoteliers taking great care of their hotel and their guests. Food was fantastic as were all the staff. Even the spa and pools were superb. Location great, very handy for the slopes and the first rate apres ski. Will definitely be returning for the... More

We visited the hotel lounge for some Après-Ski drinks, ordered 2 Coca Cola's but they were unfortunately mostly soda water, after complaining at the bar the drinks came back mildly better. The waiter blamed the end of the pump for the dilution problem but then returned back with 2 Mildly stronger drinks, still not to the quality we expected After... More
